Professional Experience:

• Extensive trial and appellate experience in commercial economic loss, consumer and products liability litigation.

• Mr. Bird is the Founder and President of Bird, Jacobsen and Stevens P.C. since 1987. Prior to that, he was affiliated with several small firms in southern Minnesota. His first legal experience was to serve Judges Warren Plunkett and Dan Foley as a law clerk in the 3rd Judicial District.

• Litigated more than 50 jury cases (many greater than a week in length) to verdict before courts in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.

• Many favorable jury verdicts.
