The first trial in the of tens of thousands of U.S. lawsuits against Swiss agribusiness giant Syngenta began on Monday, April 24, 2017 in Minneapolis, MN. The lawsuit seeks to hold Syngenta accountable for its decision to introduce a genetically engineered corn seed variety to the U.S. market before China approved it for imports. Minnesota Law Allows You to Seal Criminal Records
