Great news…as discussed at many of our farmer meetings, our group has been picked as lead counsel in the Minnesota Syngenta litigation!
An Order entered by the Honorable Thomas M. Sipkins of Minnesota’s Fourth District (Hennepin County) appointed Lewis Remele of Minneapolis and Frank Guerra of San Anonio, Texas as co-lead counsel. Frank Guerra is a partner with Mikel Watts, who appears on the informational video and has been mentioned at our meetings. We are currently at over 23,000 cases, which represents approximately 92% of all cases in the United States!
