  • Gregg Oehlerts, et al. v. Capouch Livestock, LLC.Bird, Stevens & Borgen, P.C., defended Capouch Livestock, LLC, in this case, in which a jury returned a verdict fully exonerating Capouch Livestock, LLC, of claims that it knowingly sold an excessive number of sterile calves to the plaintiffs.
  • Douglas Lind v. John Rein, d/b/a Rein Angus Farms. After a trial to the court, a judge awarded our client $124,000 due to violations of a farm management contract.
